Christ calls us to serve others. Immaculate Conception Catholic School does many service projects. Some projects are school-wide and some are classroom-based.
Projects include:- Rice Bowl Lenten Project
- Veterans Day Program and thank you cards for veterans
- Stores Galore benefiting charities
- Applying for a Meadows Foundation grant and using the funds to buy much needed items for the Catholic Charities Assessment Center
- Collection of baby items for Loreto House
- Souper Bowl collection of soup for the Our Daily Bread soup kitchen
- Collection of non-perishable food and toiletry items at the last Mass of each month
Upper School student are required to complete service hours: 20 hours of outside service during their eighth grade year, 10 hours in their seventh grade year, and 6 hours in their sixth grade year.
During Catholic Schools Week, we collected over 700 soup cans and held a sculpture contest among our Upper School students!
