Arrival and Dismissal Procedures

Please drive slowly and safely at all times on the campus. Cell phone use is prohibited while driving. Always enter from Bonnie Brae and exit onto Windsor.
If you are picking up or dropping off at the north entrance, stay to the left until you have passed the west entrance.
Dismissal Procedures
Guardians or those authorized on the school emergency card to pick up students must bring a valid picture ID.
PreK dismissal - 2:55 pm at the east entrance 100 wing, utilizing masks
and social distancing.
K-8 dismissal - 3:05 pm
K-8 parents must pick up their child in carline using car hangtags with family name as follows:
Parents may walk their children to their classrooms for arrival but must be clear of the instructional hallways by 7:55am. Dismissal for grades K-8 will be via car line pick up ONLY! NO ATRIUM PICKUP! Please use the issued yellow car hangtags with your family name for dismissal to expedite our carline.Pre-K will drop off and pick up at the East door per their instructions. If you have a pre-k student and a student in another grade, you will need to drop off or pick up your pre-k student and then jump in the car line for other grades.CAR LINES:NORTH CAR LINE (PORTABLE SIDE) - KINDERGARTEN & FIRST GRADE (WITH ANY SIBLINGS OF STUDENTS IN THOSE GRADES)Note for dismissal: we will match up siblings from grades 2-8 to match up on the north side so that you are picking up from one location.WEST CAR LINE (LIBRARY SIDE) - GRADES 2-8Note for dismissal: Students in grades
2-8 with siblings in grades K and 1 will be dismissed at the North car line.*** If you are carpooling with a family who has a student in Kindergarten or 1st grade, please notify the office so that we can match your student to the correct drive through.THERE WILL BE NO ATRIUM PICK UP!
