REGISTRATION:     Amounts due with your application:  1) a non-refundable tuition deposit of $300 for all students.   An interview with the Principal and two letters of recommendation are  required for families who have children entering grades 3^rd through 8^th.  If a child is not accepted, the registration fee will be refunded. 

 
RECORDS:    Please submit a copy of your child's certified birth certificate, baptismal certificate (if Catholic), and immunizationrecords at registration.  A physical (form provided by the Diocese of Ft. Worth) and an emergency record card is required before the first day of school.
