2009 - 2010 Tuition and Payment Plan

Tuition with fees is due in full on July 31st or through a 10 month payout to FACTS Tuition Management Program.  There is no interest fee charged, but a fee of $75/child to ICCS will accompany the application, as well as, a $41.00/family fee to FACTS.  Payments are made directly to FACTS July 1 through April 1 using a bank draft or credit card.  It is the responsibility of the parents to notify the school administration of temporary financial difficulties.  All fees are non-refundable, and tuition will not be refunded unless relocating out of the DFW area.  If refunded, a 10% withdrawal fee will apply.  School hours are 8:00 a.m. to 3:05 p.m. (PreK 8:00-2:45)

No discount for multiple 2 and 3 day PreK children.  IRS childcare credit on income tax should apply to PreK.

Discounts for multiple children in grades PreK 5-day through 8th grade:  2nd Child $500, 3rd Child $1100, 4th Child $1800, 5th Child $3700

There is no discount for multiple Non-Catholic children.

 

Additional Fees:

Sports Fee:                 $75 per participating student.

Promotion Fee:           $50 per 8th grade student

Extended Day:                         $50 per child for registration and $4 per child per hour

 

Tuition rates and fees are set by Advisory Council policy and usually announced at the time of registration.  In order to qualify for parishioner tuition rates for the 2009-2010 school year both parishes, Immaculate Conception Church or St. Mark Catholic Church, must be able to verify that a family is registered as a parishioner.  The parishioner verification form will not be used by St. Mark Parish.  A list of St. Mark families will be submitted to the St. Mark Parish office for parishioner status approval.  A family must be a registered parishioner and have a current pledge card on file.  Families of Immaculate Conception Parish must be able to verify at least $500 for parish support in fiscal year July 1, 2008 - June 30, 2009.  If this $500 assessment has not been met by June 30, 2009, the non-parishioner tuition rate will be assessed.  Immaculate Conception parishioners must supply the parishioner verification form at registration, and if the $500 assessment to Immaculate Conception Church is not met at that time, another form must be sent to the ICCS accounting office no later than July 1st.  NOTE:  This $500 assessment must go toward the general operation of Immaculate Conception parish, and it is not tax deductible.  Money earmarked toward a special collection or capital campaign does not qualify.
