In order to qualify for parishioner tuition rates for the 2007-2008 school year, Immaculate Conception Church or St. Mark Church must be able to verify that a family is registered as a parishioner and that a contribution of at least $500 for parish fiscal year July 1, 2006 - June 30, 2007 has been met.  If this $500 contribution has not been met by June 30, 2007, the non-parishioner tuition rate will be assessed.  It is the responsibility of the parent(s) to supply this form at registration, and if the $500 contribution is not met at that time, another form must be sent to the ICCS accounting office no later than July 1st.  Tuition rates are set by the Advisory Council policy and usually announced at the time of registration.

NOTE:  Since each parish provides a $250 per family subsidy back to the school that is based upon the number of families qualifying for parishioner status, the $500 cannot be a combination of the two parishes.  Also, the $500 must be donated toward the general operation of the parishes.  Money earmarked toward a special collection or capital campaign does not qualify.
