This is the largest fundraising event for the school.  Held every spring, this event contains a silent and live auction, raffles, dinner, and entertainment.  It's a wonderful experience!   This year's auction will be held on April 21, 2007 in the ICCS gym.

GROCERY SCAN CARDS

ALBERTSONS COMMUNITY PARTNER PROGRAM – Albertsons donates up to 4% of your grocery purchases to ICCS when you link your Albertsons Preferred Savings Card to the ICCS account.  Once you are linked you simply use your card as usual and ICCS receives a rebate check periodically.  To link your card, email your full name, phone number and 11-digit Preferred Savings Card number to Nancy Casey at jcasey23@centurytel.net, or call her at 940-498-5051.

 

KROGER FUNDRAISING CARD

Kroger offers a $1 reloadable Fundraising Card that you can purchase through the scrip program.  This card is reloadable up to $100 at any check stand and up to $500 at the Customer Service Desk.  Once reloaded, you may use it as you would any other gift card.  ICCS receives a rebate check each time our supporter reloads total $5,000 or more.  Supporters need only one card that can be reloaded multiple times.  You may purchase reloads with cash, check or credit card at Kroger. Make sure to tell Kroger that you are reloading a Fundraising Card.  Reloads cannot be done at ICCS.  For more info, contact Nancy Casey at 940-498-5051.

 

KROGER SHARES CARD

Since we participate in a new Kroger Fundraising Card program, we can no longer give out the Kroger Shares Cards. However, many ICCS supporters have continued to use this card while they shop in the past two years.  If you do use a Kroger Shares Card, please do not use it in conjunction with the reloadable Kroger Fundraising Card (scrip).

 

RECYCLING - Laser, Inkjet Cartridges & Used Cell Phones:  ICCS collects and recycles used laser and inkjet cartridges and used cell phones.  The school earns points which are redeemable for equipment or cash rebates.  Collection boxes are available at ICCS in the atrium and St. Mark’s Church, across from the nursery.  Your business can participate too; please contact the office for more details.

 

TARGET GUEST CARD: Target donates 1% of your Target Guest Card purchases to ICCS. If you have a Target Card, log onto www.Target.com and link your card to the ICCS account. ICCS school number if 968. 

 

TOM THUMB REWARDS CARD

Like Albertsons and Kroger, Tom Thumb also has a grocery scan card rebate in support of ICCS. If you have a Tom Thumb Rewards Card, ask the cashier to link your card to the ICCS account number 7849.  ICCS receives a quarterly rebate check based on our supporters purchases.

 

WAMOOLA FOR SCHOOLS

WaMoola for Schools is a program of Washington Mutual. If you have a Washington Mutual Check Card, your card can earn a rebate for ICCS every time you use your card.  To link your card, go to https://www.wamoolaforschools.com/default.aspx to register your Washington Mutual Check Card for ICCS.

 

OFFICE DEPOT:  The ICCS Office Depot School ID is 70096271....just tell the
folks you'd like to have your purchases earmarked for ICCS, and they'll do the
rest!!

 

Be sure to bring your empty printer cartridge to Office Max for a FREE REAM OF PAPER to donate to ICCS!!!  COPY PAPER IS A MAJOR EXPENSE FOR OUR SCHOOL!!  Please also ask Office Max to earmark any of your purchases for ICCS
credit.

 

Using the Gift Card Program - Gift certificates are available on Sunday at Immaculate Conception Church after the morning masses and on selected Sundays at Saint Mark.  Order forms are also sent home with your child in the in the weekly brown envelopes. Purchase grocery, restaurant, movie tickets, gifts, etc. and help ICCS. You receive the full dollar amount you spend, and the participating merchants will donate a percentage of their Scrip gift certificate sales back to the school.

Shopping Online - Go to www.schoolpop.com and shop  at one of your favorite online stores.   ICCS will earn a percentage of your  purchases! 

Funding Factory.com will donate points redeemable for technology equipment for ICCS by donating used laser and Inkjet cartridges.  Collection boxes are located in the school atruim.  Businesses may become a supporter with free collection boxes and free shipping sent to the business address and link ICCS as the recipient of the donor points.  ICCS donation code ID # 17608.  Log onto www.fundingfactory.com and register on-line using our school's code as the recipient donor points.   

Cell phones can also be dropped off.  For every box of 12 cell phones we send in, we can make between $2.50 and $5.60. 

Collecting Product Labels

Collect Campbell's Product labels!  There is a collection box in the school atrium.

Collect Box Tops 

Collect Box Tops from General Mills Cereals. Earn  $0.10 per box top!  There is a collection box in the school atrium.

 

 

Clip and save Tyson Project A+ redemption labels from various Tyson products.  Then, drop them off at ICCS in the Tyson A+ Project Box in the school lobby.

Each label we collect earns 24 cents for each label we collect.  Our goal is 1000 labels!

Volunteer Opportunities

You could help out the school by volunteering your time.  The Home and School Association has many committees to participate in.  We will also list volunteer positions in our Volunteer Opportunities webpage.
